Yes. The selfie analysis (face shape, hairline, hair type and recommended cuts) is free and needs no account.
What does one credit get me?
One credit is one AI preview of a haircut on your own photo, in HD, without a watermark, ready to download.
Is there a free preview?
Yes. Sign in with Google and your first preview is free. It is watermarked and lower resolution; paid previews are HD with no watermark.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time purchases. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits never expire.
What if a preview fails?
Failed or refused previews are refunded to your balance automatically. You only pay for previews you receive.
Can I get my money back?
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email support@whathaircut.com.
What happens to my selfie?
Your selfie is used only to make the analysis or preview you asked for. Free-analysis selfies are not stored. For previews, your photo is deleted as soon as the preview is done (at most 24 hours), and previews are kept for 30 days so you can download them. You can delete them sooner from your account.
