Terms of Service — WhatHaircut

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and INERTIA PRIME LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"), which operates WhatHaircut at whathaircut.com. By using the site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. What WhatHaircut offers

• Free guides and picker. Articles and a face shape picker that suggest haircuts from our style list.
• Selfie analysis (planned, not yet available). A free tool that estimates face shape, hairline, and hair density from a photo and suggests haircuts.
• Try-on preview (planned, not yet available). A paid, per-image AI preview of a chosen haircut on your own photo. Prices will be shown before you pay. Nothing is for sale today.

3. Suggestions, not guarantees

Haircut suggestions are general style guidance. Face shape labels are estimates and can be wrong. AI previews are generated images, not a promise of how a real haircut will look; results depend on your hair, your stylist, and many other factors. WhatHaircut does not give medical advice. For hair loss or scalp problems, see a qualified professional.

4. Your photos

You may upload only photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you permission. Do not upload photos of children, nudity, or anything unlawful. You keep all rights to your photos and grant us a limited license to process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to bypass limits or security, no use of the service to harass, impersonate, or deceive anyone, and no use of generated images to mislead people about someone's identity.

6. Payments

When paid previews are offered, prices, what you receive, and refund terms will be shown before checkout and in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

7. Intellectual property

The site, guides, and design belong to us or our licensors. Third-party software notices are listed on the Third-Party Notices page.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any haircut decision you make based on the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date above. We may suspend access for misuse.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove protections you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state.
