These notices do not change the terms that apply to your use of whathaircut.com, which are set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

ShipAny SaaS Boilerplate

This site is built on the ShipAny SaaS Boilerplate (shipany.ai). Copyright in the ShipAny code belongs to its original authors. ShipAny attribution and copyright notices are kept in this project and on this page.

The ShipAny code is used under the ShipAny SaaS Boilerplate License Agreement (last updated 2025-04-15). It is a commercial license, not an open-source license. The agreement is kept, unchanged, in the LICENSE file that ships with this project's source code. Two parts of it are relevant to attribution and ownership:

Remove ShipAny attribution and copyright notices

This appears in section 2 (Usage Restrictions) as one of the things a licensee agrees not to do.

The Product, including all source code, documentation, and integration templates, remains the exclusive property of ShipAny. Your license grants you usage rights but not ownership of the Product.

Summary of the License Terms

The following summarizes the ShipAny SaaS Boilerplate License Agreement as it appears in the LICENSE file:

  • License types: a Personal License (build unlimited SaaS products as an individual developer) and a Team License (build unlimited SaaS products as a team), including commercial usage rights for the applications built with it.
  • Usage restrictions: the licensee agrees not to resell the boilerplate code as a standalone product, share license keys or access credentials, remove ShipAny attribution and copyright notices, redistribute the source code publicly, create competing boilerplate products, or use the code in violation of any laws or regulations.
  • Intellectual property: the Product remains the exclusive property of ShipAny; the license grants usage rights, not ownership.
  • Warranty and liability: the Product is provided "as is" without warranty, and ShipAny is not liable for damages arising from its use.
  • Governing law: the laws of Singapore; disputes are resolved in the courts of Singapore.
